Biography
Victoria McArtor is a strategic communications and innovation leader working at the intersection of technology, capital, and storytelling. With both a Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing and a Master of Business Administration, she specializes in translating complex technical breakthroughs into clear, compelling narratives that resonate with investors, partners, clinicians, and the public.
Over the past decade, McArtor has served as Chief Communications Officer for emerging technology and advanced manufacturing companies, including Ocutrx and its high-reliability electronics subsidiary Spectrum AMT. In these roles, she has shaped brand identities from the ground up, led investor communications, and helped position frontier technologies for commercialization and global markets. Her work has supported fundraising efforts exceeding $50 million and helped guide the strategic messaging for multiple audiences.
McArtor’s involvement with product development extends beyond communications. Working closely with engineers, researchers, and executive leadership, she has contributed to the conceptual development and is listed as an inventor on eight USPTO patents.
